• The test and your result are free. No account is needed.
• Your result is a description of your answers, not advice and not an official or scientific rating.
• 12axes-test.com is an independent test with its own questions, scoring and profiles. It is not affiliated with any other site or project using the 12 axes name.
• Be fair to the site and to other people. Share your own result freely.

The service

12axes-test.com offers the 12 Axes Political Test, a result page with scores and matches, share images, an optional account to save results, and an optional email with your result. We may change, pause or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Not advice

Scores and matches compare your answers with simplified profiles on 12 axes. They are not voting advice, not a psychological assessment and not a statement about what any party, ideology or person would think of you. We do not endorse any party, ideology or person. Profiles of historical figures describe their documented public views and are simplified by design.

Accounts

An account is optional and only saves results for you. Keep access to your email address secure, since sign-in links go there. You can delete your account and everything saved to it at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or access parts of it that are not meant to be public,
• scrape or copy the site or its statement bank in bulk, or use automated tools to submit results,
• use the site for anything unlawful, or present results as an official or scientific rating of a person.

Sharing your own result, share image or a link to any page is welcome.

Our content

The test, statements, explainers, profiles and design are ours unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short parts with a link back and share your result and share images freely. Please do not republish the statement bank or whole pages without permission. Portraits come from Wikimedia Commons under their own licenses, listed with their authors on the credits page. Names of people and organisations belong to them and are used only to describe them.

Liability

The site is provided free and as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for decisions you make based on a result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes will be handled by its courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection where you live.
